1. What is the large headline at the top of the homepage?

This is our daily featured deal. This is Woot!'s best deal, usually the lowest price on the web. And it's only good for today: until midnight Central Time, or until sold out. After midnight, we replace today's Woot! with tomorrow's Woot!, and today's Woot! becomes yesterday's Woot!. Got it?

2. What is "Reference Price"?

What does "Reference Price" mean? We don't use terms like "Sale Price" or "Original Price." We show a Reference Price, which is provided by our vendors or imported from our friendly Amazon platform. Strikethrough price (may not be the current market price or regular retail price).

3. Does Woot! offer benefits for Amazon Prime members?

Yes, thanks for asking! Prime members get free standard shipping on Woot! orders and free expedited shipping on Shirt.Woot! orders. For more information, please visit our Amazon Prime benefits page

4. How do I get these Prime benefits?

It's easy! Click on the "Sign in with Amazon" button on the login screen and enter your Amazon Prime login information. After placing your order, you will see your shipping discount at checkout. Be sure to check individual deal pages for all shipping details and restrictions. Not valid for international addresses.

5. But I don't have Prime! What to do?

New members can get a 30-day free trial of Amazon Prime at the Amazon Prime signup page. In addition to awesome Woot! deals, Prime members enjoy free two-day shipping on Amazon.com, plus exclusive access to music, movies, TV shows, original audio series, and Kindle ebooks.

6. Are Prime benefits valid during Woot-offs?

Yes, during Woot-offs, Prime members get free standard shipping on Woot! orders and free expedited shipping on Shirt.Woot! orders.

7. I missed a deal. Can I still get it?

No. Once a Woot! deal expires or sells out, it's gone. We may offer it again sometime in the future, but we don't guarantee anything. We don't have a backorder system or a wait/notify list. Sorry!

8. I want to talk to a real person there. Can I call you?

Yes, sometimes! The best way to reach the appropriate personnel is through our support page . Depending on business hours, you may be directed to a phone number or an email support form. For product-related questions, you can also check our forums or contact the manufacturer.

9. What is Woot's return policy?

You can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Some orders qualify for expedited refunds. If your order qualifies for an expedited refund, Woot will process your refund within one business day of you giving the package to the carrier. If your order does not qualify for an expedited refund, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days of the package arriving at our warehouse. If the returned item is not damaged or defective, we will deduct the prepaid return shipping cost from your refund.

10. Can I initiate a return myself?

To be eligible for self-service returns, your order must have been placed within the last 30 days, the item price must be $20 or more, and the item must have arrived damaged, defective, or missing parts. Shirt.Woot orders, apparel orders, and any orders shipped by freight carrier are not eligible for self-service returns. For these situations, please visit our support page to initiate a return.

11. How do I return a damaged or defective product?

If your purchase is damaged or defective within 30 days, please go to our support page Report a Problem. You may need to return the defective item to Woot! before a replacement or refund can be issued. If the item returned to Woot! is found to be undamaged or not defective, you may be charged a 15% restocking fee and original shipping will not be refunded.

12. How do I return a damaged computer?

Any returned desktop, laptop, or tablet that is damaged due to customer misuse, missing parts, or unsaleable due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

13. How do I return damaged heavy/oversized items?

Congratulations! You've accidentally joined the Woot-Off! Woot-Off! is a short-term, crazy upgrade to our regular process.
