Amazon Prime Day, Amazon's annual event, will run from July 8th to July 11th, 2025. Amazon announced today that the 2025 Amazon Prime Day will begin on July 8th and run through July 11th, offering 96 hours of deals to Prime members worldwide. With Prime Day extending to four days for the first time, this will not only provide Amazon's global Prime members with more shopping time and access to millions of deals, but will also offer Amazon's global sellers opportunities to expand their global reach and increase sales. 

In participating countries and regions, the event will begin on July 8th in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, the United States, and the United Kingdom; Brazil, Egypt, India, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE will hold their events later in the summer. The early bird event in Japan will be held from July 8th to 10th, with the official event from July 11th to 14th.
 
 
During the 2024 Amazon Prime Day event, Amazon not only set sales records but also sold more items than in previous years, making last year's Prime Day the biggest ever. Global third-party sellers also performed exceptionally well during last year's event. North America Prime Day Prime Exclusive Discount Submission Requirements 
To offer price discounts during Prime Day, your seller feedback rating must be at least 3.5 stars.   
Product Requirements   
● Product rating must be 4 stars 
● Products without ratings are eligible, but if you have ratings, the ASIN rating must be at least 4 stars 
● Products must be in new condition 
● Products must have a verified reference price to show savings comparison. 
● Frequently returned products are not eligible 
● Other eligibility standards for seller-fulfilled items: 
○ Your account must have a late shipment rate, and the late shipment rate cannot exceed 4% 
○ Your account must have an order defect rate, and the order defect rate cannot exceed 1% 
○ Your account must have a pre-fulfillment cancellation rate, and the cancellation rate cannot exceed 0.5% 
○ Your payment reserve policy must be set to 7 days or more after delivery

Product rating must be at least 3 stars, or no reviews 
UK/Germany/Netherlands: At least 15% discount compared to the Basis Price; Spain/France/Italy/Belgium/Poland/Sweden: At least 5% discount compared to the recent lowest price 
At least 5% discount compared to the Sales History Price 
At least 5% discount compared to the current price 
At least 5% discount compared to the non-Prime member exclusive price 
The price needs to be equal to or lower than the lowest net price (including coupon prices) within the past 30 days

Points Deal Submission Notes:   
For products without a valid reference price (VRP) and that cannot participate in other promotional activities, it is recommended to apply for Points Deals 
The event dates must cover the Prime Day event period; it is recommended to complete the submission at least 1 day in advance 
Qualified sellers can run Points Deals earlier than the event start time to pre-heat products 
It is recommended to set 10% or more points for the product (maximum 50%) 

During the Prime Day pre-heating period and event period, there will be an entrance to the Points Deal display page on the event homepage. Products participating in Points Deals have the opportunity to gain exposure on the display page.

Product Requirements   
The event ASIN must meet the rating ≥3 points or 0 points 
The event ASIN must have a verified reference price. If the new ASIN does not have a VRP, please register for coupons or BxGy% for the new product 
Discount Requirements   
The big promotion discount must be at least 20% off the current price or promotional price 
The discounted price needs to be lower than the daily DOTD promotional price 
The discounted price must be less than the lowest price displayed on the front end in the past 30 days and the reference price VRP 
Discounts exceeding 70% may result in the first submission failing. You can communicate with your account manager for clarification and resubmit

1. Market price (List Price): This price is provided by the seller. It needs to be verified. If Amazon cannot verify it, Amazon will not use this price.
